By purchasing through Trailer Warehouse online you agree to the following terms:-
PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice.
TAX: Prices quoted have Australian 10% GST added .
RETURNS: Goods will only be accepted for return if prior arrangement has been obtained in a written form from Trailer Warehouse within 7 days from the date of Invoice and the return costs of 25% Restocking Fee has been agreed. Special design orders including but not restricted to axles cannot be returned for credit. A credit will only be activated after the goods are returned in original condition . Return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser. Insurance on return goods is the purchasers responsibility
FREIGHT: The purchaser can nominate their own freight company. Or we can organise delivery on the purchasers behalf, in this case the full cost of freight must be paid before dispatch.
PROPERTY: As no goods are dispatched until Trailer Warehouse have cleared funds for the goods title and ownership of the goods will pass to the purchaser at dispatch.
INSURANCE: Insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser upon the goods leaving the warehouse, regardless who organises the carrier .
TERMS: Payment for all goods is required in full and funds cleared before we process the order.
